We want everyone in valuation to feel valued – which we are doing by making sure we create opportunities for all via our recruitment approach, our interaction with schools, our flexible working approach and opening a global mobility programme. We are also listening and learning – from our colleagues and clients and making sure that the future team has the skills in place for the valuer of the future.
