Annual take-up totalled 1.76 million sq.ft. and was 7% above the 5-year average.

The TMT and manufacturing sectors were most active in 2024, accounting for 24% and 20% of all take-up, respectively.

There is 904,100 sq.ft. currently under construction across the region, with 207,500 sq.ft. already pre-let.

Prime rents increased by 4.3% year-on-year with growth led by Basingstoke and Reading town centre.
