“Looking forward, the key themes of sustainability and technology will remain at the forefront of investor thinking. The combination of these two areas will be an interesting feature, as new technologies are increasingly utilised to enhance sustainability and health and wellbeing within our built environment. There will clearly be costs involved in this transformation, but investors have signalled their willingness to engage and meet the challenge.”
