The UK Student Housing Q1 bulletin highlights how pricing remains strong despite continued political uncertainty, and includes an overview of the UK’s International Education Strategy

The start of 2019 saw marginally reduced investment volumes for the student housing sector as political uncertainty continued. Nonetheless, pricing remains strong with some yield compression seen for prime assets in central locations. The volume of investment in Q1 reached £520m, with a significant additional £850m currently under offer.
