Like the rest of Europe, hotels across the Benelux suffered from the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic, with all hospitality establishments reporting exceptional declines in performance. Hotels were closed, employees furloughed, and travel restrictions imposed. With a global vaccination rollout now underway, hoteliers in the Benelux are navigating as best they can to succeed in a post-Covid world.

In this report we explore which destinations fared better than others and how further moratoriums may be introduced across the region.
