This bulletin reviews the third quarter of 2021 for the Living sectors and also includes insights from our Equity Advisory team.
It was another strong quarter for the Living sectors, accounting for 23% of all market activity in Q3 2021. Investor demand has remained strong throughout the last 18 months, despite some of the operational challenges posed by the pandemic. Now however, as society has opened back up and life returns to normal, so to has lender sentiment.
