Office Market Profile Q2 2018 - Western Corridor

Following the strong start to 2018, the Western Corridor office market has seen another solid quarter with 460,000 sq ft transacted in Q2. The H1 total moved above 960,000 sq ft, with the Thames Valley continuingto be the most active market, with 308,500 sq ft transacted in Q2 compared to 152,200 sq ft in West London.
