Industrial & Logistics
market pulse
Spring 2019

The industrial & logistics take-up volume "Spring" 2019 reached 563.000 m², the highest volume of the decade.

Take-up in logistics properties performed above its 5 and 10-year averages  in volume, but remained below average in number of transactions.

Half the logistics take-up volume in the first four months of this year was on the Walloon axis, which  already exceeds its 5 and 10-year annual average volumes.

The industrial market performed well in the first four months of the year with a take-up volume of 328.000 m², up 30% vs. the same period in 2018.

Investment volumes are limited by the lack of product on offer. Demand remains  high and puts downward pressure on logistics yields.
