Analysis of over £5.25bn sales to give insight into the Housing with Care market over the last 25 years

Our latest Housing with Care Index report highlights that the average housing with care price has increased by 29% since 2015, compared to 22% for the average mainstream apartment.

Housing with Care, which refers to age exclusive accommodation that provides varying levels of care and support on site, commands a price premium over mainstream housing in the UK and is the fastest growing part of the later living market.

This year’s report has been significantly expanded with over triple the sample size of last year's report. It covers over £5.25bn sales, incorporating over 22,000 transactions over a 25-year period, and provides an accurate look at the housing with care market over the last quarter of a century.
