Office Market Profile Q2 2018 - Glasgow

Glasgow has seen a record breaking first six months of 2018 following another strong quarter in Q2 with the 326, 313 sq ft of take-up bringing the H1 total to 578,800 sq ft – already exceeding the 10-year annual average. The largest deal in Q2 was Clydesdale Bank pre-letting 110,955 sq ft at 177 Bothwell Street. Other significant deals include the Scottish Executive, Webhelp and Regus, who acquired two premises during Q2.
