Take-up volumes were boosted by three key deals: Edinburgh Palette has taken 110,000 sq ft at 525 Ferry Road, The Mint Building (60,000 sq ft) has been pre-let to Baillie Gifford and Diageo has taken 43,801 sq ft at 11-12 Lochside Place, Edinburgh Park.
