Q3 leasing volumes rebounded, with 167,300 sq.ft. transacted, a 48% rise on the previous quarter.

Overall supply moved down, with good quality space particularly scarce.

There is an acute lack of speculative development, which will place prime rents under upward pressure and curtail future occupier choice.
