Improved levels of take-up evident with over 2.1 million sq ft signed in Q2, which was up on Q1 volumes and on a par with Q2 2023. 

Both under offers and active demand remained above average, as new requirements emerge to replace satisfied demand.

Supply continued its downward trend, with contractions across all space types. This disguises nuances across the market, with the City driving supply reductions.
