Office Market Profile Q2 2018 - Cardiff

The Cardiff market saw a subdued Q2 with take-up reaching 42,600 sq ft and bringing the year to date total to 97,500 sq ft and it is unlikely that the market will break the 10-year annual average (377,000 sq ft) this year. The largest letting was the acquisition by Splice of 6,461 sq ft at 101 St Mary Street, which offers a defurbed specification.
