Annual take-up reached 843,200 sq ft, which was the highest level of activity since 2017.

Public sector was the dominant sector during the year, accounting for half of all space transacted.

Completions were delayed into 2025, which resulted in supply decreasing over the quarter.

Prime rents were stable year on year, but growth is expected to accelerate into 2025.
