Q3 take up was buoyant and was the strongest quarter since Q4 2017. Activity was dominated by the public sector, with two deals in excess of 50,000 sq.ft.

Beyond the public sector, most occupiers were focused on new/refurbished space, albeit these deals were small scale.

Supply rose quarter on quarter, with an increase in refurbished space while the supply of new build space remained stable.
