Focused on a world where senior teams in the Real Estate sector are far from diverse, the event included a panel discussion and networking opportunity for likeminded professionals to come together and share common challenges as well as solutions in attracting, retaining, and progressing black talent in Real Estate. Companies communicate the opportunity with their people to take part as mentors and mentees
- Our pool of mentees will comprise ethnically diverse talent in entry to mid-level roles, across business functions, who have a keen interest to grow their career and leadership capabilities
- Mentors on the programme will be senior leaders from any ethnic background who are genuinely committed to inclusion. They will support mentees through sharing their leadership experiences, actively listening to personal stories, and becoming an advocate for the advancement of ethnically diverse talent across the sector
Interested participants can apply directly to JLL for consideration. JLL will select applicants and place them into mentoring circles based on their career goals and personal objectives
Both mentors and mentees will receive meaningful support and guidance from JLL every step of the way
