Triple signing for JLL’s London Retail team
JLL has announced three new appointments to its London Retail team, director Emily Violaris, senior surveyor Mark Brennan, and surveyor Lydia Pattihis.
Leading restaurant and leisure agent, Emily Violaris, joins from CWM. Emily brings 11 years of experience, having advised clients such as Battersea Power Station Development Company, Landsec, intu and Helical PLC.
The team has also strengthened its lease advisory offer with the appointment of Mark Brennan. Mark joins as a senior surveyor from Colliers’ Central London team and has previously advised clients such as Shaftesbury PLC, CBRE Global Investors and Grosvenor. Mark will work alongside Alistair Bews, director in the Central London Retail Lease Advisory team.
Lydia Pattihis has also joined the team as a surveyor. Lydia has had experience managing The Crown Estate’s Regent Street portfolio and has also worked in valuation and transactional roles throughout her career to date. She will be working alongside both the Lease Advisory and Agency teams.
