Rainbow colours for JLL's UK HQ to celebrate London Pride
Visitors to JLL's UK HQ will be in left in no doubt of the property firm's continued commitment to diversity and inclusion with the launch of its rainbow window display.
JLL's office on Warwick Street is adorned in the rainbow colours of the pride flag in a bold show of celebration for this year's London Pride which takes place on 7 July. This year, JLL will be marching for the third year running with Freehold, the leading networking forum for LGBT professionals working within the real estate sector.
Claire England, UK director of diversity and inclusion at JLL, said: "We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all of our people can be themselves and thrive, and are proud to once again be celebrating London Pride and also take part Norwich Pride for the second year running. Our rainbow window display is a bold and colourful way to show our support to visitors to our London HQ, but also the wider Soho community."
JLL launched its Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender network Building Pride in 2014. It aims to promote diversity by creating a secure, respectful and accepted environment enabling and empowering LGBT professionals to reach their full potential.
