New lead director for JLL’s London commercial valuation team
James McTighe appointed to leadership role
JLL has announced the appointment of James McTighe as lead director of its London commercial valuation team.
James will move into his new role in September where he will lead JLL’s valuation advisory team in London helping to drive JLL’s commercial valuation business. He joined JLL in 2006 and has nearly 25 years’ experience in the real estate sector.
Andrew Renshaw, lead director – UK valuation and professional advisory at JLL, said: “Having worked with James for over 12 years, he brings a wealth of experience to this leadership role. He has a strong real estate lender client base and advises many property investment companies. James will be integral to the growth of our business as we continue to focus on providing our clients with even more valuable insights.”
JLL’s London valuation advisory team advises a wide range of clients including banks, property companies, property funds and equity investors covering valuation, strategic advice, risk assessment and valuations for secured lending purposes and loan monitoring. Last year, JLL’s valuation advisory business undertook over £250bn of valuations on over 25,000 properties across the UK.
