JLL has let space at St Vincents Trading Estate
GQM Services Ltd has recently occupied Unit H St Vincents Trading Estate in Bristol, on a new 10 year lease.
Unit H is 16,586 sq ft and has recently undergone a full refurbishment, including a new roof and provides warehouse, ancillary office space and a secure yard.
Henry de Teissier, Associate in JLL’s Bristol office, said: "Following unsuccessful negotiations elsewhere, we knew GQM needed a unit quickly, and it was fortunate timing that the refurbishment was about to complete. We handed keys over immediately, following practical completion of the works. It was a great result for LCP, to secure the letting at the earliest opportunity."

St Vincents Trading Estate is situated in central Bristol on the Feeder Road, which provides direct access to Temple Meads station and the local road network to junction 3 of the M32. GQM join other occupiers on the estate, including Benchmarx, Wolseley and Smith Brothers Stores Ltd.
Units D&E are also about to be refurbished and will provide up to 13,848 sq ft of highly prominent warehouse/industrial space, available later this year.
