JLL has recruited Joff Sharpe to lead global operations for JLL Flex as part of its continued expansion of services dedicated to flexible office space.

The former chief operating officer at British Land and co-founder of its flexible space platform Storey will take responsibility for expanding JLL Flex’s platform and supporting the sites that it manages on behalf of its investor, owner and occupier clients.

Prior to his time at British Land, Joff spent over 20 years in a variety of senior roles working for blue chip companies such as Mars, PepsiCo, News International and Vodafone. Since 2020 his work has focussed on private equity, proptech, communications and sustainability.

His experience at British Land, with Storey, and beyond, will help us build a flexible platform that creates value for our landlord clients and occupier customers alike and further underlines our view that flex is the future of the office sector.”
