JLL appoints head of international investors, Europe

July 18, 2018

JLL has announced the appointment of Fraser Bowen as head of international investors, Europe.

In the newly created role, Fraser will work closely with the existing EMEA capital markets and global funds advisory teams to offer a coordinated and trusted approach that will benefit JLL's clients and capital markets teams across EMEA.

Fraser was mostly recently part of the JLL UK retail business where he headed capital markets. The team has undertaken some of the market's most high-profile transactions in 2018, including the sale of Gallagher Retail Park on behalf of KKR and Quadrant where JLL sourced an institutional Korean buyer, in one of the UK's largest retail park transactions for several years.

Fraser is ideally placed to take on this role given his sector experience gained across various JLL retail and office roles in the UK and EMEA. Fraser will also bring great value and drive to the export of capital, assisting European clients to invest outside Europe.

Matthew Richards, head of EMEA capital markets at JLL said: Fraser's broad knowledge of the European investment markets combined with JLL's unique investor relationships and global network will provide our EMEA clients access to the most active capital sources and connect them with the best products in the market across all sectors.

Fraser Bowen, head of international investors, Europe, added: I am looking forward to working with the investment teams across all sectors to ensure we are connected to and leveraging relationships with the most active global capital sources. My new role is also an important development for the UK retail team as I will remain a key resource to the team and its clients giving direct access to overseas investors on large scale retail deals in the UK.
