JLL strengthens Loan Advisory and Restructuring team with two strategic hires

Andrew Fairley and Scott Marriott appointed as Senior Directors in JLL’s Loan Advisory and Restructuring Team

JLL has appointed Andrew Fairley and Scott Marriott as Senior Directors in its EMEA Loan Advisory and Restructuring Team to support the growth of its business and increasing client demand for its services. 

Andrew brings over 25 years’ experience in banking & finance and workout. He joins JLL from Paragon Bank where he was a Senior Relationship Director in development finance, with responsibility for deal origination/ execution. Andrew has held previous positions at the Housing Growth Partnership, Lloyds Bank’s Business Support Unit and Bank of Scotland. 

Scott also joins JLL with over 25 years’ experience and, prior to joining JLL, he spent 12 years in KPMG's restructuring team (now Interpath Advisory) as Head of Real Estate Advisory Services where he worked on some of the most high-profile and complex restructuring projects including Intu Shopping Centres plc, Thomas Cook Aircraft Engineering, Monarch Aircraft Engineering Limited, De Stefano Property Group, Morston Assets and Landmaster.
