JLL secures Dan Bayley as senior director in Central London offices team
JLL has recruited senior director Dan Bayley to join its Central London office markets team
Dan will join JLL from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he has spent the last 30 years, most recently leading its London tenant representation team. Most recently Dan advised in the relocation of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to 5 Bank Street in Canary Wharf. Other notable high-profile transactions include advising News UK on the acquisition of its HQ of 425,000 sq ft at London Bridge and most recently IBM’s acquisition of 135,000 sq ft at Southbank Place SE1.
