JLL’s UK Managed Services business has partnered with DealSumm, whose AI platform automates document abstraction. The technology will be predominantly used for documentation of leases, loans and easements agreements - bookmarking content against a library of data attributes that have been captured and made accessible, searchable and reportable.

JLL’s Data Management team – part of the UK Managed Services group - is the first team within the company to adopt the service.

The tool will provide clients and occupiers with increased data quality and faster onboarding of lease documentations, including new leases and amendments. The technology will also allow for document hosting, enabling clients and occupiers to access lease documents, including the associated abstraction, and search a library of lease data.

Jordan Jeffery, COO & Deputy Head of Managed Services said, “This partnership with DealSumm will enable us to provide our clients with a more streamlined and efficient occupier end to end service.”

Gideon Morag, CEO of DealSumm added, “We are excited to work with JLL. With our CRE document management solution, JLL’s customers will be able to readily retrieve, configure and analyze on-line the wealth of information contained in the full lifecycle of their leases.”
