JLL hotels team names St. Regis Hotels & Resorts operator of No.1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, London

JLL’s hotels and residential teams are involved in the iconic restoration development, adjacent to Buckingham Palace

Global property consultancy JLL has secured St. Regis Hotels & Resorts as its operator for the iconic residential development, No.1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, London. The luxury residential project, developed by Northacre Properties and backed by leading asset management and investment banking firm SHUAA Capital. The Project is a prime residential development in the exclusive SW1 postcode in central London, located opposite Buckingham Palace.

In 2021 the JLL hotels and hospitality team were brought onboard to source a branded operator. The team are leading experts specialising in matching operators and brands with hotels, resorts and residences, and over the last five years have advised clients on 200+ operatory and brand selection assignments worldwide.

Due to be completed over the coming months, No. 1 Palace Street, The St. Regis Residences, London includes a collection of 72 private residences comprising five different architectural styles. As one of London’s few ultra-luxury residential developments, the JLL hotels team sought to complement this by finding the best-in-class operator. After a targeted selection process, the St. Regis hotel brand, part of Marriott International, Inc. was selected and No.1 Palace Street will operate as their first St. Regis Residences in London. Residents will have access to luxury amenities, including valet parking, private residents' garden, a library, cinema, meeting room and a spa/wellness centre with a 20 metre swimming pool and gym.
