JLL helps WeWork secure hat-trick of acquisitions in Birmingham
JLL has continued to help WeWork expand in Birmingham after helping them complete its largest deal in the city to date with the acquisition of seven floors at one of the region’s prime business destinations.
JLL has acquired 100,000 sq ft at Six Brindleyplace, which will open for business in Q1 2020.
The letting is the largest of the three acquisitions which include Louisa Ryland House and 55 Colmore Row. It also represents the biggest office deal this year.
