JLL expands Rating team with appointment of a Director in Manchester
Alex Dickinson joins JLL’s 40-person Rating team
JLL has appointed Alex Dickinson as a director to its Rating team in Manchester.
Joining from Avison Young, Alex has worked as a rating surveyor for over thirty years, with particular expertise in all commercial, local authority, leisure, hotels and educational properties. He is also Membership Secretary and Committee Member of The Rating Surveyors’ Association and a RICS Assessor.
Alex previously headed up the rating instruction for a major financial institution which involved overseeing the management of c.2,000 properties and was also the lead director for a major public sector contract for 15 years.
At JLL, Alex will join a 40 strong Rating team based in seven locations across the UK where he will focus on developing the public sector rating business.
