JLL bolsters Valuation Advisory team with new appointment in London

Daniel Pearce has joined JLL as national director in the Valuation Advisory team based in London

Daniel Pearce has joined JLL as national director in the Valuation Advisory team based in London.

Daniel joins JLL from Cushman and Wakefield. Specialising in valuation, he spent a decade at the company working on loan security and fund valuations in the UK for key clients such as Santander, Aviva, Grosvenor, Hansteen, Aberdeen Standard Investments and Legal & General.   

As part of the new Portfolio Valuation team, Daniel will work alongside director Tim Ainsley taking the lead on several key client portfolios providing monthly and quarterly valuations. Daniel will also support Henry Howard-Vyse in the national team on Loan Security valuations and other advisory instructions.
