JLL awarded Industrial and Logistics Property Consultancy of the year for Thames Valley

JLL has been named as both the Industrial Property Consultancy of the Year and the Logistics Property Consultancy of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards.

JLL has been named as both the Industrial Property Consultancy of the Year and the Logistics Property Consultancy of the Year at the Thames Valley Property Awards. The awards were held on May 2nd at the Royal Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire.

Organised by The Business Magazine, the awards brought together more than 650 of the most influential leaders in the Thames Valley property industry to showcase the area’s finest developers, agents, consultants and dealmakers.

JLL received the Property Consultancy of the Year award for both the Industrial and Logistics categories having completed the largest number of deals within both sectors and for the highest total by square-foot transacted throughout the region, in 2018.

Sarah Downes, director, Heathrow and West London team at JLL, commented: “Our success in winning both categories is down to the size of our team, our expertise and our coverage. We handle instructions for clients from 500 to 100,000 square feet. We are all about focusing on businesses, letting space that helps them grow, and hopefully they will come back to us.
