JLL appoints Kweku Yankson to lead HR in the UK
New HR director will join UK Board and EMEA HR leadership team
JLL has appointed Kweku Yankson as HR director for the UK, providing HR leadership across the business.
Kweku has proven international leadership experience at executive committee level in multinational technology companies. He previously worked in HR and business leadership roles with BBOXX Ltd, Millicom International Cellular and Oracle.
As part of his appointment to lead JLL’s people agenda Kweku will join the UK Board and EMEA HR leadership team. He will also be responsible for driving and implementing global employee-focused strategies in the UK and Ireland as JLL supports its people and clients worldwide.
He will work alongside Anne-Sophie Curet, head of HR EMEA at JLL, whose mission is to attract and offer an exceptional employee experience to JLL’s people.

Kweku will take over from Karen Till, who has spent the last 27 years at JLL after joining to lead the business graduate scheme before going on to become an integral part of the learning & development and recruitment teams and then leading the HR function. Kweku and Karen are now working alongside each other for a short transition period.
