JLL appoints Karen Till to lead its UK HR team

JLL has appointed Karen Till as HR director, UK. In her new position, Karen, who has been at JLL for almost 25 years, will now spearhead all UK HR operations

JLL has appointed Karen Till as HR director, UK. In her new position, Karen, who has been at JLL for almost 25 years, will now spearhead all UK HR operations. She will also be responsible for driving and implementing global employee-focused strategies in the UK as JLL supports its people and clients worldwide.  As part of her new role, Karen will also sit on JLL’s UK Board.

Karen joined JLL to lead the businesses graduate scheme before going on to become an integral part of the Learning & Development and Recruitment teams. In her most recent role, Karen was HR Business Partner and adviser to the UK Board.

She will work alongside Anne-Sophie Curet, Chief Human Resources Director EMEA, whose mission is to attract and offer an exceptional employee experience to our people.

Karen will take over from Virginia Rothwell after five successful years in the role. Virginia and Karen are now working alongside each other for a short transition period.
