JLL appoints Jeremy Eddy to lead Living and Hospitality Capital Markets in EMEA
LONDON, 6 May 2020 – JLL has appointed Jeremy Eddy as Head of Living and Hospitality Capital Markets in EMEA, effective immediately.
In this newly created role, Jeremy will work closely with the existing EMEA Capital Markets Living and Hospitality teams to ensure clients have access to the most active capital sources and the best cross-sector investment opportunities across the region.
This pivotal role is strategically aligned with Matthew Richards’, CEO of Capital Markets EMEA, Andrew Frost’s, EMEA Living Board Sponsor and Will Duffey’s, Head of Hotels & Hospitality EMEA, ambitious growth plans for the Living & Hospitality sector across Europe.
Having joined JLL over 20 years ago, Jeremy was most recently Head of EMEA Retail Capital Markets, where his deep understanding of the market and cross-border investment expertise have been vital to cementing JLL’s leading position in the retail sector. Jeremy is a member of JLL’s EMEA Capital Markets Advisory Board.
Matthew Richards, CEO of Capital Markets, EMEA, JLL, said: “Jeremy has played a key role in growing our capital markets business across the region over the last two decades. His unmatched knowledge of the European investment market, strong leadership, and unique investor relationships place him in an excellent position to lead the continued evolution of our Living offering and to implement synergies with our Hospitality team.
With Jeremy’s appointment, we are strengthening our ability to advise our clients on their investment strategies and the opportunities they can access in times of heightened global uncertainty. I am really excited to welcome him to this new role.”

There has never been a more important time for us to help our clients re-imagine the future of their portfolios and prepare for the recovery.
There are important synergies between the living and hospitality sectors.
