JLL appointed to manage Victoria Place Shopping Centre
Three-year management instruction on behalf of Network Rail.
JLL has successfully won a three-year instruction to manage Victoria Place Shopping Centre on behalf of Network Rail. Situated in London’s Victoria Station, JLL will take on the day to day management of the 83,000 sq ft scheme from the start of 2020.
Carrie Sanders, head of JLL’s retail management team, said: “Network Rail is a great new client and we are pleased to have secured this appointment with them. There are exciting plans in place for Victoria Place Shopping Centre which we are thrilled to be part of. We look forward to working with Network Rail on this redevelopment project and growing our relationship with them.”
Located at the heart of London’s Chelsea and Westminster, Victoria Place Shopping Centre includes 38 retail units and is anchored by Next, New Look, Boots, Sainsbury’s and Leon.
