Mayfair Capital appoints JLL as property management provider

JLL Property & Asset Management alongside the Residential team who have secured the property and facilities management mandate for of the Duet, a build to rent development in Salford Quays, Manchester. The residential team will be supporting the Fund Managers, Mayfair Capital, who are a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss Life, in supporting the new fund investing in residential real estate in the UK and across Europe. The team will be on-site to deliver a high-quality occupier experience across the residential sector. 

With a long-standing relationship with Mayfair Capital, JLL’s Property & Asset Management team are delighted to secure this joint appointment with the Residential team, bringing both commercial and residential experience to the project as it continues to develop into a mixed-use residential scheme. 

The development includes 270 homes – a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside amenities including a gym, private working rooms, meeting rooms, waterfront gardens, 24-hour concierge service, secure parking, and bicycle storage.

The fund is owned by Swiss Life with Mayfair Capital – a wholly owned subsidiary of Swiss Life - appointed as Fund Manager and JLL as Property Manager.
