Grosvenor Britain & Ireland acquires 46-48 Grosvenor Gardens, SW1
Grosvenor Britain & Ireland has acquired the long leasehold interest in 46-48 Grosvenor Gardens from a fund managed by the French asset manager Amundi Real Estate.
The prominent Grade II listed property provides 16,400 sq. ft. of office space and is multi-let to a diverse selection of office tenants.
Paul O’ Grady, Director at Grosvenor Britain & Ireland, said: “We are actively seeking to invest further in our core office portfolio around Victoria, where we are experiencing strong performance and see good prospects for future growth. We were pleased to be able to agree the transaction quickly with Amundi and in the future will invest in the asset to ensure its valued position in the market.”
