Brookfield secures new tenant Reed Business Information at 99 Bishopsgate, London EC2
The international publishing company has agreed to lease the third and fourth floors totalling 48,000 sq ft on a seven-year lease.
Reed Business Information is the latest tenant to take space at Brookfield’s 99 Bishopsgate, EC2. They join recent tenants Openwork, Bank of Taiwan and BCS Brokerage who have taken 4,780 sq ft, 5,215 sq ft and 4,735 sq ft respectively at 99 Bishopsgate. There is now just 5,300 sq ft on the top, 26th floor remaining at the 343,000 sq ft City tower.
Sarah Shell, director in City agency at JLL, who acted on behalf of Brookfield, said: “99 Bishopsgate has had far reaching appeal to a diverse mix of occupiers seeking high quality space.
