Over 3,500 sets of activity data were collected from wearables, 800+ cognitive tasks performed, and numerous surveys completed. The findings have provided JLL and its employees valuable insight on exercise, sleep, heart health, stress, cognitive performance and employee sentiment and have showed how important mental health is for performance.
Paul Smith, chief strategy officer at ART Health Solutions added: “We have a strong desire to see employee data become central to real estate decision-making and strategy development, and we are delighted that JLL share these same values.
“With such complimentary services, our two companies have been able to develop a unique value proposition that has not only benefitted JLL’s own employees but can now act as a valuable tool to its clients. The insights we are able to gather reinforce how effective this type of offering can be to help design employee-centric workspaces that maximise health and performance, ultimately benefitting the business bottom line.”
