Birmingham sees the Colmore Building fully let
After JLL sign up final two tenants
JLL has assisted property investment company, Ashby Capital, to fully let The Colmore Building in Birmingham.
The office agency team signed up the final two tenants, Irwin Mitchell Solicitors who took 46,750 sq ft and Global flooring company, Interface, who also took 7,589 sq ft.
Relaunched by Ashby Capital in 2016, after a £3.5m enhancement programme, The Colmore Building comprises 314,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over 14 storeys.
Irwin Mitchell and Interface join an array of global tenants including Chubb, Allianz, Investec, Grant Thornton, Hogan Lovells, Rathbones and Willis Towers Watson.
The building offers Birmingham’s broadest range of amenities, with a state-of-the-art gym, treatment rooms, bicycle parking, luxury changing rooms and a drying room, as well as a new private GP room and a recently expanded coffee house.
