10 Dominion Street reaches full occupancy
Romulus has announced that it has completed the final letting at 10 Dominion Street, EC2, marking full occupancy at the 30,600 sq ft recently refurbished building.
Since completing the refurbishment of 10 Dominion Street in August 2017, six new occupiers have agreed to take space at the office building which is located close to Moorgate and Liverpool Street Stations.
The largest tenant in 10 Dominion Street is Arbuthnot Latham & Co, with the private bank occupying 12,900 sq ft across the first, second and third floors. Regional business development agency, Invest Northern Ireland, has taken the sixth floor, which comprises 3,380 sq ft; Docomo, one of the largest mobile phone operators in Japan has taken the 4,170 sq ft fifth floor and recruiter Madigan Gill Group now occupies the fourth floor which comprises 4,300 sq ft. Backbone Connect, an internet service provider and investment bank, Deutsche Bank have leased the ground (3,280 sq ft) and lower ground (2,490 sq ft) floors respectively.
Jack Beeby, director of City agency at JLL, said: “10 Dominion Street has succeeded in attracting a strong line-up of high quality tenants following the comprehensive programme of refurbishment. The six deals underline the continued demand for smaller floors of sub 5,000 sq ft, suggesting that smaller occupiers do value their own space and are keen to make long-term commitments.”
Alex Woolf, director at Romulus said: “We believe that a large part of the success we have seen at 10 Dominion Street is due to the importance occupiers place on amenities. The works we carried out to the common areas included a new reception, cycle parking and shower provision – these created a point of difference for a building of this size.”
JLL acted on behalf of Romulus.
