JLL appoints Tom Carroll as Head of Research & Strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa

LONDON, 17 February, 2022 – JLL (NYSE: JLL) announced today the appointment of Tom Carroll as the Head of Research & Strategy in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), succeeding James Brown who has moved full-time to the role as Head of Sector Strategy, Capital Markets, EMEA.

In his new role, Tom will be responsible for guiding the strategic vision and organisation of EMEA’s 130-person research team. He will serve as a member of the firm’s Global Research Executive Board and closely collaborate with JLL’s Americas and APAC regions to bring the best of JLL’s research to its global and national clients.

With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tom is passionate about helping clients navigate the new trends in real estate investment, work, workforce and workplace strategies. Based in London, Tom oversees a number of research programmes at JLL. He was most recently Executive Director and Head of JLL’s Corporate Research & Strategy team in EMEA where he was responsible for developing insight and strategy to support corporate clients at senior executive, C-suite and board level.
