Future of Work webinar series
At this time of constant change, businesses are having to navigate what the future of work means for them - there is no 'one size fits all' approach. Our Future of Work webinar series delves into ideas and solutions to help business leaders address the tough questions they're facing today.
JLL Perspectives for Enterprises 2022
Our Perspectives for Enterprises event, hosted by EMEA CEO Work Dynamics Mark Caskey and UK CEO Stephanie Hyde, tackled many of the big questions that we have, around the new frontier of work in 2022. Joined by industry experts Jeri Ballard, Joanne McNamara, Michelle Hey and Rob Cookson, they discussed current topics such as sustainability, technology, workforce and how this has and will affect their workplace strategies.
Is the future of work really hybrid?
There is a lively and active debate regarding the benefits of working remotely versus returning to the physical office. As the pandemic continues to evolve, the fate of the workplace remains uncertain as employees re-think their priorities and companies look to optimise real estate costs to facilitate an agile post-pandemic recovery. Should the notion of hybrid working as the inevitable compromise be accepted, or will this function as an interim model? How this will work in practice, and be applied to different geographies and sectors is yet to be defined.
In partnership with the Financial Times, this exclusive webinar will debate arguments for and against remote and office-based working models and will seek to establish if hybrid working really is the best way to proceed and where compromises can be made.
