Achieving a ‘Gold Rated’ fit-out

RICS in Scotland chose JLL to deliver its 560-square-meter fit-out of its new prestigious home in Edinburgh.

JLL performed the roles of Contract Administrator, Cost Consultants, CDM Coordinator and Ska Ratings Assessor. In partnership, the team created a high-quality space that was able to successfully attract members and other users by creating a members lounge and lecture theatres. 

The project ultimately achieved a Ska ‘Gold’ Rating, the highest award available.
