In 2012, the University of Bath began a three-year campus expansion program to accommodate for the University’s impressive growth over the last decade. As part of this program, the University appointed JLL to serve as project manager for six of the University’s major projects. The projects, totaling more than $223 million, include ‘The Quads’ student housing, ‘The Lime Tree’ refectory, ‘The Edge’ Arts and Management building and The Chancellors’ Building. By partnering closely with the University to understand their growth requirements — adapting to changes and challenges along the way — the team finished the projects 18 months ahead of schedule.
