UK Green Investment Bank Edinburgh

A sustainable fit-out led by JLL, has helped the world’s first green bank create a workplace that puts employee well-being at the forefront. The Building Consultancy team was chosen by the UK Green Investment Bank to deliver the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ fit-out of their new headquarters building in Edinburgh.

JLL helped to create a flexible and inspirational workplace using environmentally-friendly construction materials to maximize employee well-being and deliver benefits such as increased productivity and reduced absenteeism.

The project was one of only two office fit-out projects in the UK chosen to participate in the BREEAM Non-Domestic Refurbishment 2014 Pilot Scheme, and was recognised as a Regional Winner in the annual British Council for Offices Awards
