Project Management, Engineer to the Contract

AMP Capital’s brief was to complete the entire seismic and building upgrade, plus office fitout for a single Tenant to occupy the entire 13-level commercial tower.

We helped them achieve this by acting as their Project Manager and Engineer to the Contract, in managing the entire project, inclusive of; demolition of all existing office fitouts, a full seismic upgrade across 14,000sqm, a new internal staircase between 10 levels, all new in-ceiling services, new lifts, new bathrooms on all levels, new End-of-Trip facilities, and an integrated office fitout across 13 levels for the incoming Tenant.

The result saw the successful refurbishment being completed on time and within budget.
