Our proposal to discretely approach known, trusted and dynamic buyers was well received by our client. It was agreed that this off market process would be undertaken throughout the Winter of 2020.

Results

After a successful off market campaign, JLL received a number of substantial offers in varying structures to the delight of our client. The successful offer allowed the client not only to de-risk and forward sell most of their private tenure but in addition, exchange and complete on Phase Two of the masterplan.
