JLL undertook a detailed analysis of the Private tenure in the development and recommended a bulk disposal on the freestanding Block of Idaline Court. We collated and published all the necessary information to ensure transparency and absolute client confidentiality.
A number of offers were presented to our client, all at levels in excess of our competitors suggested exit values. After significant due diligence on the purchasing entities, the chosen offer completed prior to the end of our clients financial year.
