Project managing new student accommodation in Nottingham city centre

Fusion Students appointed JLL to deliver a new 437 bedroom student accommodation in time for the start of term.

Located in the city centre, the site had a number of constraints and challenging ground conditions.  Part of the project included refurbishment of a building with heritage interest.

We adopted a collaborative approach to ensure consultants and the contractor worked as an effective team, enabling quick decisions to be made when design solutions needed to be overcome. 

Our local Nottingham office were also employed to undertake the Asset Survey on completion of the scheme.
