Fusion Students appointed JLL to act as employer’s agent on a 308-bedroom student scheme and 65-bedroom hotel.
How we worked together
The scheme included the extension of an existing Grade II listed building, leading to a number of design challenges and cost risk.
Throughout the process, and in conjunction with the quantity surveyor, we continuously challenged design and costs in order to achieve best value. This was most prominent in the listed building works.
Being familiar with the Fusion brand and procurement requirements, we were well placed to successfully deliver the scheme.
